Alethera · Online therapy

A space where you can simply be.

Alethera is a quiet, online practice founded by Alexandra — for those who want a therapist that listens, lingers, and never rushes.

A quiet morning still life — sheer linen, dried grasses and a sage ceramic vase

"Healing happens when you feel seen, not when you feel analyzed."

— Alexandra

What sessions feel like

Slow, spacious, and yours.

Alethera is built around a few simple beliefs about what therapy can be — and what it doesn't have to be.

Your pace

There is no script to follow and no progress to perform. We move at the speed that feels right for you.

Silence is welcome

Pauses aren't awkward here. Sometimes the most important things arrive when nothing is being said.

Listening, not labeling

You're a whole person — not a diagnosis. The work is to hear you, not to categorize you.

Meet Alexandra

The person behind the practice.

I created Alethera because I wanted a different kind of room — one where people aren't asked to explain themselves quickly, or perform their feelings on command.

My work is collaborative. It's quiet. It often looks more like a conversation than a clinical process. And it always begins by giving you the space to arrive as you are.
